Micron no longer exist but don't worry, we have a range of replacement equipment available that will work with your Micron Alarm.

Micron Keypads sometimes become hard to use (don't always accept the User code). We recommend the regular changing of your alarm PIN number which will help alleviate this problem.
We also can help you change User Codes over the phone without having to attend your site provided you know the Master User Code.
We can try cleaning the keypad which requires a site visit, but this is usually a short-term fix.
We recommend replacing the Control Unit and any Keypads with a Bosch or Paradox Controller & Keypad Pack, see our online shop, www.alarmwarehouse.co.nz
